The Veganuary Guide

As January wraps up, it’s looking like it’s been the biggest and most important year for the Vegan movement as over 155,000 people signed up to take part in the Veganuary pledge, a commitment to abstaining from any and all animal products for an entire month, with a view to continuing it on through the rest of the new year.

The perks are huge, ranging from better health, reduced risk of cancer and diabetes and a lessened impact on the environment, amongst others.
